About Delco Dads

Dads who show up — for each other and for Delco.

We help fathers be present, engaged and connected in their kids’ lives and their communities. We host events and workshops, and we give back whenever we can — so Delco is better for the next generation.

Our story

It started with garage beers after bedtime.

Delco Dads was founded in 2026 by a small group of fathers who saw the need for a place where dads could connect, share what they’ve learned and lean on each other.

What started as informal meetups at local parks — and garage beers after the kids fell asleep — has grown into a nonprofit serving families throughout Delaware County and beyond.

Today we run programs and raise money for our community. The mission hasn’t changed: improve our community, support kids and build real connections.

Every dad connected. Every kid with room to play.

A community where every father has the resources, support and connections to be actively engaged in his kids’ lives — and recreational spaces in every part of the County where kids can explore nature, test their limits and build confidence.
